Registration Information

 

Registration Deadline: Monday, August 18, 2025 at 04:00 PM

 

Girls 10% Deadline: Monday, August 4th

 

Entry Fees: 18 Hole Member Entry Fee ($70.00, 1 Member)

18 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($185.00, 1 Non-member)

9 Hole Member Entry Fee ($50.00, 1 Member)

9 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($145.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times: 9:00am-1:00pm (1 Tee Start)

 

Tournament Information

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 18 holes for 13-18 Divisions and 9 holes for 12 & Under Divisions

 

Driving Range: The driving range will be available for players prior to play and will be courtesy of the facility 

 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds will be available for $90 after 2:00pm only, and must be made 7 days in advance; call the pro-shop to book a tee time 

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Applecross Country Club

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course. Carts will be available to rent for $36. Spectators and carts MUST remain on the cart path at all times. 

 

Food & Beverage: Food and beverage will be available for purchase the day of the event

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before the registration deadline and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless the WD is due to illness, injury or family emergency.
