Registration Information

 

Registration Deadline: Friday, October 03, 2025 at 04:00 PM

 

Girl's 10% Deadline: Friday, September 19th

 

Entry Fees: 18 Hole Member Entry Fee ($90.00, 1 Member)

9 Hole Member Entry Fee ($65.00, 1 Member)

18 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($210.00, 1 Non-member)

9 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($170.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times: 12:00am-3:00pm (1 Tee Start)

 

Tournament Information

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 18 holes for 13-18 Divisions and 9 holes for 12 & Under Divisions

 

Driving Range: Range will be open for players at Iron Valley Golf Club, and players will be responsible for range fees

 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds are permitted at Iron Valley Golf Club at anytime as long as players call the pro-shop to make a tee time 

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Iron Valley Golf Club

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course, and carts will be available for rent for $30

 

Food & Beverage: Food and beverage will be available for purchase the day of the event

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before the registration deadline and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless the WD is due to illness, injury or family emergency.
