R2: 7:00am 1 Tee Start
Pairings for R2 will be sent out after the completion of R1. Groups will be repaired based off R1 scores, with leaders going off last.
Tournament Information
Notah Begay III JNNC: The Notah Begay III Jr. Golf National Championship Series (NB3 JGNC) is a 2-stage qualifying process culminating in a 54-hole National Championship that will air on Golf Channel during a 2-hour broadcast. The Series is open to all players. In 2025, players who qualify through the available qualifying spots below will move onto the PKB/NB3 New Jersey Regional Final on July 14-15 at ValleyBrook Country Club (Girls Only) and the NB3 New Jersey Regional Final on July 16-17 at Running Deer Golf Club (Boys Only).
The NB3 JGNC will offer the following Qualifying Spots by Division into their NB3 New Jersey
Regional Final:
Boys 16-18 – top-5
Boys 13-15 – top-5
Boys 12 & Under – Top 3
Girls 16-18 – top-4
Girls 13-15 – top-4
Girls 12 & Under – top-2
*Spots are subject to change based on field size within each Division*
*A player’s age division is determined by their age on May 1st and age divisions are as follows for the NB3 JGNC Series for both boys and girls: 16-18, 14-15, 12-13, and 10-11. If a player turns 14 in July of 2025, they will compete in the 12-13 Division throughout the entirety of the NB3 JGNC Series even though they may be 14 during a Local Event or Regional Final.
If a player turns 14 before May 1st of 2025, then the player will compete in the 14-15 Division throughout the entirety of the NB3 JGNC Series. If your birthdate falls on May 1st and you turn 14, you will play in the 14-15 division (This age cutoff applies for all Divisions). If a player is 19 or attending College during the Local/Regional/Championship stages of the NB3 JGNC, they will not be able to participate
Format: Individual Stroke Play, 18 holes for 13-18 Divisions and 9 holes for 12 & Under Divisions
Driving Range: The range may or may not be open, weather dependent
Practice Rounds: TBD
Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Turtle Creek Golf Course
Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course and must stay on the cart path only. Carts will NOT be available to rent at Turtle Creek Golf Course, UNLESS you present an ADA placard at check in
Food & Beverage: Will be available for purchase
Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before the registration deadline and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless the WD is due to illness, injury or family emergency.
