Registration Deadline: Friday, July 18, 2025 at 04:00 PM

 

Girls 10% Deadline: Friday, July 4th

 

Entry Fees: 18 Hole Member Entry Fee ($70.00, 1 Member)

9 Hole Member Entry Fee ($50.00, 1 Member)

18 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($185.00, 1 Non-member)

9 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($145.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times: 11:00am - 3:00pm (1 Tee)

 

Tournament Information

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 18 holes for 13-18 Divisions and 9 holes for 12 & Under Division

 

 

Driving Range: The range will be available for all players prior to play courtesy of facility

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will be available 

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Rancocas Golf Club

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course. Carts will only be available to rent for those that are Handicap at Rancocas Golf Club

 

Food & Beverage: Food and beverage will be available for purchase at Rancocas Golf Club

 

PJT will not allow caddies for 2024

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before the registration deadline and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless the WD is due to illness, injury or family emergency.
